Nine and Tail Amulet has begun today as most of you know, however it introduced a bugged quest to your character. The quest "For Her" has come up on other random occasions, though not as wide spread. This is a bug that support can easily fix for you, however you will no doubt experience some waiting time. Please, read on though.
We will try to solve this problem before the end of today, however there may be a chance that isn't possible. Whether the problem is resolved by tonight or not, the Nine and Tail event will still continue as scheduled. With that said, the Support Staff will be working extra hard to assist players in removing the bugged quest.
Meanwhile, we ask a favor from our high level players:
If you do not require immediate assistance in removing the bugged quest "For Her" or any other quest, then please hold off contacting support until the end of this event (which is July 21st). On the other hand, if you need to complete another quest, or rank up quest that is holding back your progress, then please feel free to ask support.
When contacting Support regarding the removal of the bugged quest. Please include your character name, the server that you play on and the rank (tier) that your character is currently on.
